Hidden Values:

This feature will help to hide the first name, last name, phone number and email value  when passed in the quiz url. 

When you pass hidden values, the quiz respondents will not be asked to fill in the optin fields to take the quiz.

Please use the parameter h=true in the quiz url if you wish to pass hidden optin field along with first name, last name and phone number, Refer the image below.
